Conversation piece

So I'm at Waffle House just a little bit ago doing some midnight studying for the GRE, as is my custom (didn't know that? Now you do), and it gets a little slow, so the cook sits down at the other end of the counter. He strikes up a conversation regarding the big-ass study guide in front of me with all the crazy symbols. Turns out he almost had my major himself before veering elsewhere, way back when. So we talk math for awhile.

It was kind of awesome.
