Things I wonder.

I wonder how much it costs to get an LCD monitor backlight fixed in Germany. I wonder whether just holding the computer above my head and shaking it vigorously every time the light goes out would drive me insane over the two months before I can just get a new computer. I wonder whether I can justify getting a new computer when the old one is perfectly serviceable, just because it's almost four years old and has a fucked-up backlight and takes fifteen minutes to boot up and makes scary noises while doing so. No, wait, I think I can justify that.
