Breakfast for dinner. A hearty breakfast fills you with energy and gets you revved up for the day, so save the fruit, yogurt, cereal or perhaps even eggs for supper. "If you stick to the golden rules - moderate fat and carbohydrates, veggies throughout the day - you can jumble them around," explains dietitian Liz Ryan.I had no idea eating eggs for dinner was such a revolutionary concept. Speaking of which, today for lunch I made myself that thing I had at Crescent Moon--the scrambled-eggs-and-cream-cheese mixture on a toasted buttered bagel. It was fabulous. Damn, I want one right now. Or maybe a Waffle House cheese omelet. The ones I make just aren't as good, plus they don't come with grits. I never, ever thought I would miss grits, but there you go.
