logicbuttonArrrgh my flist made all these great posts today and I want to reply to them all but I can't because I just got home from work and now I have to finish packing and go to bed and then be GONE for a week. So instead, I'm just making my own post to say: Flist, I ♥ you. Never change.
And, as a follow-up to yesterday, I went to the comic book store this morning and bought volume 5 of Lupin III--they had two of 5 and none of 4, but whatever, it's not like Lupin has a story arc to speak of--and volume 2 of Excel Saga. Yay.
OH OH AND. Quick story. So today I assisted a woman who was buying a cell phone for her elementary-to-middle-school-age son. It became clear early on that they were definitely only in the market for prepaid phones, and when the son went away to find something elsewhere in the store, she told me why--apparently, he had originally had a regular cell phone, but then he discovered the joys of text-messaging, which resulted in a $500 phone bill that she implied had ruined her credit. WTF. The end.
