logicbuttonWell, it finished downloading a couple hours ago. I was just going to preview it to make sure of the quality and everything, but one thing led to another, and...heh.
IZUMI. My heart is broken. Dammit, this is like on of those times when I have to keep repeating it over and over to myself until it doesn't sound so foreign. Izumi is dead Izumi is dead Izumi is dead dammit not working.
Remember how I was all, "well, just because Hughes *might* be a Nazi doesn't mean yada yada yada"? Looks like he's a Nazi, and a big one too. How about that. I'll still argue that it's not that big a deal, since he's a)fictional and b)not really the Hughes we know and love and saw get killed. Damn, though.
Okay, what the hell happened with Roy and Hawkeye? She's clearly still in love with him, and he gives off a vibe of being too messed up to be involved with anyone but still seems to think she's special. How come there was no resolution? I demand resolution. Wait, no I don't. They better not have any future movies or anime seasons planned, because...
This was, in conclusion, a pretty dumb movie. The story was interesting enough, and I loved seeing everybody and having new canon and everything, but it was all too easy. Everything happened too easily. Not to mention too quickly--it was so fast-paced, I could hardly keep up with it, and not at all in a good way. What the hell?
Mm, now I should go to bed. More later, maybe, or not.
