Oh man, you guys, I made my best-tasting cake ever this weekend. No pictures, unfortunately, but I'll definitely be making this one again. It was Betty Crocker SuperMoist Triple Chocolate Fudge cake mix with butterscotch schnapps mixed into the batter (it doesn't change the taste, but it makes the cake unbelievably moist), this chocolate glaze recipe for the top and sides (I used semisweet baking chocolate and scaled it up to 8 ounces of chocolate and 1 1/3 cups of cream), and caramel topping for the filling and to drizzle on top. I also put the cake crowns, leftover glaze, and some caramel in a Tupperware container and mixed them together to get something that looked and tasted very similar to the Mississippi Mud Pie they make sometimes at Agnes Scott. I STRONGLY recommend this cake to everyone. The world can only be a better place with more of it.
