Pickling

Anyone know of any good things to pickle? It's a long story, but basically, one of my coworkers let another coworker take home a jar of pickles made with a signature recipe of her dad's, and he used the leftover brine to pickle some mangoes. Now I've got the brine that's left over from that.

Speaking of which, you know how pickled mangoes sound disgusting? It turns out they are the exact opposite. Salty and sweet and sour all at once.
