Epic crossover fandom dream!

logicbuttonSo I'm pretty sure the reason I haven't had a single fandom-related dream for the past fifteen years or so can be explained by the idea that they were all building up to the superepic dream I had last night! Which, naturally, was a Harry Potter/Death Note crossover and nobody-died-AU. And I was a pretty sweet self-insert. I am not making this up.
Basically, the premise of the dream was that I was trying to reunite L and Watari, each of whom thought the other was dead but was totally not, EXCEPT Light and Misa were both running around trying to kill them because apparently Death Notes in my dream kill by being in close proximity to their victims or something, I guess. Possibly it was because only by finding them would they be able to write their names in the Death Notes, which I suppose makes sense because I guess they would have to see them to find out their real names, but then Light would have to have the shinigami eyes, but anyway. Oh, and we were all at Hogwarts.
I don't remember the exact order of things, but at one point I was out on a ledge? and when I subdued Light, it was by grabbing his wrist. Not sure why I just kind of let Misa run amok, because I definitely did, and she was definitely there and trying to kill the others. Also, Watari was wearing casual clothes. He looked somewhat younger than he does in canon, too. I think the reason he and L hadn't found each other yet was that he was outside and L was inside. I actually had a bit of trouble finding L. But anyway, I caught Light, and I guess he ended up getting taken to prison or Azkaban or something, but who really cares when there's a feast afterwards? We weren't in the Great Hall; it was definitely something much smaller, but there were lots and lots of people there, all Harry Potter characters except for L and Watari, both of whom sat at my table. L actually sat next to me, yay! He was all happy, too, which is what really made the dream worth it.
There were five or six round tables total, each of which seated maybe ten people, and they were sorted by House, which I could tell because everyone was wearing robes and hats in their House colors. I was curious about that, actually; I thought about who might be at each of the tables and then looked to see whether they were there; of course, since it was my subconscious, they all were. Specifically, I wondered if the Weasley twins were at the Gryffindor table, and there they were, and then I wondered who might be at the Hufflepuff table, and the first one I thought of was Tonks, and there she was, and then I looked over at the table of people wearing black to see who they might be, and I actually recognized more of them, I think. One of them was Hermione. I'm pretty sure the people sitting at my table were wearing bright pink robes. Of those who were wearing robes, at least (I don't remember wearing anything unusual myself, and L was wearing his normal outfit). Man, that was an awesome dream.
