Nichtlustig, zweiten Teil

So ever since I showed octopedingenue my Nichtlustig books and told her how awesome they were, she's been telling me to post a couple on scans_daily. Which I still plan to do eventually, even though the current wank there has me a bit concerned about the legitimacy of such a post. But anyway, I scanned a couple that I was thinking of including in the post into the computer tonight: the one I posted as a digital camera picture last June while I was still in Germany, and this one.

The context: The Poodle of Death is filling in for the regular Death, who is having a day off. The Killer Robot NF-700 is like Stitch, in a way: he's been programmed to be destructive, but he's also cute and fluffy and a kindergarten teacher. The poodle has been sent to the robot's kindergarten to take the class bird, whom the children have been feeding dish detergent. But the kids are distressed at the idea of having their beloved class pet taken away. So the robot volunteers to let the poodle take him instead--by turning him off, which is "kind of like killing [him]."



Translation
Robot: Now you just have to press the off-button that's on my butt.
Poodle: I don't see a button.
Robot: Well, there isn't one. I just wanted you to touch me there.
