No more ice cream for a little while, okay?
As much as doing this final project sucks, few other things could provide an excuse to eat three ice cream cones in two hours, like I just did.
I think Eis-Cafes are going to be one of the things I miss most about Germany. You know, starting in five weeks, when I'll have just gotten home. I don't want to think about it, though, because rather than being happy about going home or sad about leaving Freiburg, I'm just distressed about all these papers I have to write. Which is why lately I've been tending not to think about that either, and going instead to the farmers' market (to do more "research") and buying a pound of cherries and eating them all in one sitting.
When my family was here last month, they told me I looked thinner. Actually, my brother was the first one to say it, and he said it to me when we were alone, so that's how I know it must have been true. Ah well, it was good while it lasted.
