Okay okay so I was all depressed and stuff not only because was it raining and I missed most of the random freebies being given out a block away (though I did get a bottle of free beer), but also because I don't know German and because German music theory is just right over my head, and because I didn't know whether my professor would let me do the topic I wanted to do for my presentation and term paper because it didn't really fit into any of the units we'll be doing in class, and I needed to pick a topic, so I spent all afternoon stressing out about it, and then at three I went to office hours, and omg the professor is SO NICE and loved my topic idea and I actually spoke decent German which is always exciting (and here it was particularly cool because German is his second language too; Italian is his first, and I really get a kick out of German being the Language of Clarity like it was that one time in France), and so I've got everything worked out and now I'm going to go to the comic book store and purchase Yami no Matsuei 8 and 9 to celebrate. Of course, if the day had continued badly, I would have gotten Yami no Matsuei 8 and 9 to cheer myself up. So, either way. The end.
