Here's one thing ASC hasn't done to increase enrollment. Let's just ignore the dismissive attitude of the article toward the students for a minute, and think about the insinuation that, despite being mostly an attempt at growth, the school's decision is a step in the right direction to get with the times. I've seen it many times before, but never thought it was any less wrong. How can people believe that single-sex higher education is antiquated? Maybe it's just because the school is so much like a smaller, northern version of Agnes Scott that I'm feeling this much sympathy for them, but dude, these women need our support.
