Stuff goin' on with me
Man, this gym membership I have is really paying off. I am so hardcore that during a recent workout, my internal body temperature rose to metal-smelting levels.
The picture really does not do justice to how bent out of shape it was. Unfortunately, I can't take a better one because it's fixed now. I will definitely never be wearing it again to the gym. That's kinda cool, though, because I feel naked without it, so now I guess I get to feel naked in public on a regular basis without anyone else realizing.
Anyway, not only do I have a new godlike physique, I also have new glasses. Nobody will recognize me anymore! I just picked them up today and am sort of astonished at how much of a total hipster douche they would make me look if I were a dude, but as I am not a dude I just look like some hipster lady who stole some douche's glasses. After I left the optical store I went shopping and discovered that Target dropped their price on Ritter-Sport to $1.02. $1.02. I kind of looked around suspiciously when I saw the tag, like maybe I was being punk'd or something.
Oh, so! Excellent news! I think I mentioned *checks* *yup, I did!* that I am going to Dragon*Con over Labor Day weekend, which you will find is only three weeks away now. Well,![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
clodia_risa's party had a cancellation, so I am going to be staying with them in one of the con hotels! I was sorry to have to cancel my reservation at the ASC alum house, but this was clearly the right decision. So basically, I am somehow even more excited than I was.
