Did you guys ever learn the difference between the different types of plastic in school? Because I never did. All I was ever taught on the subject was that polarfleece was made out of the same material as water bottles (or...something) and that "the number corresponds to how easy it is to recycle. The higher the number, the harder it is to recycle." This is what I actually grew up thinking. So today, I finally decided to do some internet research. It turns out that, because my new beverage container is made of polypropylene, it will not melt in the dishwasher.
